Potato Casserole

 

2 pounds potatoes (cut into small chunks)

1 stick butter (melted)

2 cups IGA Shredded Cheese

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

½ cup onion

 

Mix in bowl, put in your casserole dish.

 

Mix 4 cups IGA Corn Flakes with one stick melted butter.  (topping)  Put topping on before baking.

 

350 degrees for 45 minutes
